Change your VM in Teams

Open Teams. Go to Settings. Calls. Under Manage Voicemail, click on Record a Greeting and follow the prompts.

Turn off email address suggestions

In Outlook click the Gear Icon to access the settings. Go to General, then Privacy and Data. Click the Clear data and turn off. Also click the Delete Search History below it. It then will take several days but Outlook will stop suggesting email addresses of unsaved contacts.
